About me
To become a life coach, I had to reflect on my life, isolating myself from society to find silence and answers.
The world around us is becoming increasingly noisy, with news filled with hate reigning supreme. Meanwhile, we have our loved ones, family, responsibilities, and daily life that demand our attention.
I needed this silence to hear my own heartbeat, to discern its rhythm when undisturbed, and to discover my true essence. This quest for silence and self-understanding is partly connected to my origins.
Born of mixed heritage, my parents came from different cultures and religions, leading to future chaos.
My parents’ youth, lack of communication, expectations, and misunderstandings resulted in the marriage of two people who loved each other while their native countries viewed each other as enemies—one fighting for its freedom, the other driven by greed for land that wasn’t theirs.
Chaos among my ancestors, racism circling us like a vulture. I was born into two different worlds.
Raised surrounded by toxicity.
I wish to spare you the negative details of my past, but if necessary, I would gladly share them to show that it’s possible to find happiness, joy, and progress despite a turbulent past, to shed the labels imposed upon us.
I stepped out of my comfort zone, created a routine, attended meditation and silence retreats. I sought advice from inspiring people and gained knowledge from books by Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, Louise Hay, and many others.
I found awakening through travel, discovering other cultures, and through conversations with people who crossed my path and generously shared their wisdom, looking me straight in the soul. I went beyond my beliefs.
Life itself has so much to offer; it all depends on how you view it.
It’s possible to change our thinking about ourselves, others, and the world around us.
It’s possible to manage our suffering, our soul’s wounds.
As the Beatles beautifully put it in “Hey Jude,” take a sad song and make it better! I realized that my past gave me a gift that continues to blossom.
Today, my mission goes beyond personal development. As a life coach, I wish to help those whose souls have been wounded and hopes crushed, to guide them in reconnecting with their own essence and rediscovering the joy of living in the simple things in life.
